Job Description

To promote the company's products or services, attract new customers, retain existing clients, and increase overall sales and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Responsibilities



Identify and contact potential customers through calls, visits, or online channels. Explain and demonstrate products or services to customers. Negotiate prices, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business. Record and report daily sales activities to management. Attend trade shows or exhibitions to represent the company.

2. Marketing Responsibilities



Create and manage marketing campaigns (online & offline). Promote products through social media, email, posters, and advertisements. Study market trends and competitors to improve strategy. Assist in creating promotional materials (banners, flyers, videos, etc.). Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products or services. Support in launching new products or offers.

Skills Required



Excellent communication & negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media. Good presentation and customer handling skills. Time management and teamwork. Confidence and motivation to achieve targets.

Educational Qualification



Minimum: 12th pass or Graduate (BBA, BCom, or Marketing background preferred). Computer knowledge and MS Office skills are beneficial.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
