Sales & Marketing Executive

to join our team and help expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit clients' homes, offices, and project sites to understand their interior requirements. Present and demonstrate interior decoration products suited to customer needs and budgets. Prepare and share quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize sales deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and end customers. Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and digital marketing efforts. Follow up with clients for order confirmation, delivery coordination, and post-sales support. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Participate in exhibitions, marketing campaigns, and promotional events to increase brand visibility. Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to management.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of experience

in Sales & Marketing (preferably in Interior Products, Real Estate, Building Materials, or Manufacturing). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable product solutions. Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach. Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and site meetings. Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools. Qualification: Graduate (Marketing / Business / Interior Design background preferred).
