Sales & Marketing Executive

to join our growing team. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid work while providing an opportunity to contribute directly to business development and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, bid, and secure projects through online platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc.). Physically visit client locations, when required, to build relationships and close deals. Draft, customize, and submit persuasive proposals aligned with client requirements. Nurture and convert existing leads by maintaining consistent follow-ups. Deliver professional, courteous, and consultative communication with potential clients. Coordinate with the technical team to understand service offerings and craft accurate proposals. Achieve monthly targets related to bidding success, sales conversions, and revenue. Maintain CRM records, prepare reports on lead status, and update sales pipeline regularly.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Familiarity with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.). Basic understanding of IT services, web development, mobile apps, and digital marketing solutions. Ability to handle client queries, build rapport, and close deals. Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to hybrid work culture. Prior experience in online bidding or IT sales will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,461.33 - ₹15,000.46 per month
