Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Marketing Executive

to join our expanding FMCG - Beverages division. The ideal candidate will handle

Retail Sales, Primary Sales, and Secondary Sales

while ensuring strong market coverage and product visibility across Virudhunagar and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Distribution

Achieve monthly sales targets for primary and secondary sales. Ensure continuous product availability at retail outlets and distributor points. Handle distributor onboarding, coordination, and performance monitoring. Place timely stock orders and follow up on payments.

Retail Execution

Increase product visibility, placement, and display across all key outlets. Conduct regular market visits to identify new opportunities and ensure merchandising standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and stockists.

Marketing & Promotion

Execute brand promotion activities and trade marketing initiatives. Track competitors' activities, market trends, and pricing. Provide customer feedback and insights to the management team.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare and submit daily sales reports (DSR). Track route plans, coverage reports, and sales numbers. Coordinate with the supply chain and accounts team for smooth operations.

Eligibility Criteria

3-5 years mandatory experience

in

FMCG - Beverages

field. Strong exposure to retail sales, market execution, and distributor handling.

Age below 35 years

.

Qualification:

Any Degree. Must be willing to travel extensively within the district. Good communication skills and field discipline are essential.

Salary Package

?18,000 - ?23,000
