Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in the Masterbatch and Wire & Cable Compounding industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, maintaining existing relationships, and expanding market presence across nearby industrial regions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for masterbatch and wire & cable compounding products
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, market research, and online search engines
Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, processors, and industrial clients
Conduct regular customer visits in Vapi and surrounding industrial areas
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions
Maintain records of leads, inquiries, sales orders, and follow-ups
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer satisfaction
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
Candidate Profile & Background
Educational Qualification
B.Sc. Chemistry OR
Engineering background (Polymer / Plastics / Chemical preferred)
Polymer or plastics background will be a strong added advantage
Experience
1 to 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
Mandatory experience in:
Masterbatch industry
Wire & Cable compounding industry
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of industrial polymers, masterbatch, and cable compounding
Good geographical knowledge of industrial belts and clusters
Proficient in using search engines and online platforms to identify potential companies and customers
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales
Ability to travel extensively in nearby regions
Travel Requirement
Two-wheeler (Bike) is mandatory
Petrol expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy

Salary Range: 3.0 - 7.0 LPA (Based on experience and skill set)
