Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our products/services, generate leads, and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for sales outreach, customer engagement, and executing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, social media, and field activities.
Promote company products/services to prospective customers and explain value propositions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitors, and trends.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to increase brand awareness.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports, MIS, and regular performance updates.
Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups effectively.
Represent the company at meetings, events, and promotional activities when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing (freshers may apply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing basics is an advantage.
Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
