Position Overview
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, promoting IT products/services, and building strong client relationships. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, marketing creativity, and strong sales skills to meet revenue targets and strengthen the company's market position.
Key Responsibilities:-
Generate new business leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and client visits.
Identify potential clients and present IT solutions that meet their business needs.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demos to clients.
Manage the full sales cycle--from prospecting to closing deals.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and pipeline updates in CRM tools.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients..
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
Prior experience in B2B sales, IT services sales, or SaaS/Tech product sales.
Strong understanding of software services such as Web/Mobile Development, ERP/CRM.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
