Job Overview:

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive ,proactive and enthusiastic Business Development experience to execute the Sales . If you have experience in Tele calling ,sales, marketing

.You will play a vital role in promoting our LEGAL EDUTECH PROGRAM identifying new opportunities, and connecting with clients, educational institutions, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential Target Groups,Law colleges, Lawyers,Law firms and Partners through Leads , Calls and ofline/ online channels.

Your responsibility is to Promote and sell our specialized legal courses, workshops, and training programs.

Generate, manage, and nurture leads across different channels to convert prospects.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach campaigns and optimize results.

Handle client inquiries promptly, offer details about our offerings with confidence.

Strategize and help drive business growth while achieving sales targets.

Keep strong relationships with existing clients and explore upsell opportunities.

Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.

Requirements:

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience in tele-calling or direct sales is a strong advantage.

Goal-driven, self-motivated, and confident in negotiations and client management.

Experience in business development or sales in education, legal, or related sectors will be a plus.

A genuine interest or knowledge in the legal domain will be highly appreciable
