Generate and follow up on leads for new student admissions.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns both online and offline.
Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).
Organize admission events, workshops, and webinars to attract students and parents.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and educational communities.
Track inquiries, respond to queries promptly, and guide prospective students through the admission process.
Maintain admission records accurately.
Coordinate with academic staff to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities.
Qualifications:
Graduate or above (preferably in marketing, communication, or education).
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or admissions (1-3 years preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative thinking with problem-solving ability.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Canva, Google Ads, or social media campaigns is a plus.
Comfortable engaging with students and parents from diverse backgrounds.
