Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement marketing strategies for educational programs, courses, and events. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO, social media, email marketing, and PPC. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs in the education sector. Collaborate with the content team to create engaging materials (blogs, videos, brochures, case studies). Manage and optimize social media platforms to increase engagement and brand presence. Organize and participate in education fairs, webinars, and other promotional events. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports for management. Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and educational partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in marketing (education sector experience preferred). Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in education marketing or ed-tech industry. Knowledge of education trends, student recruitment, and lead generation strategies. Creative mindset with strong project management skills.
