Sales & Business Development



Identify, target, and develop new customers in industrial automation, OEMs, control panel manufacturers, and system integrators. Promote and sell Ethernet switches, DIN rail power supplies, and relay control modules. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Marketing & Lead Generation



Execute product marketing strategies including digital marketing, exhibitions, email campaigns, and product webinars. Generate leads through industrial directories, LinkedIn, trade portals, and cold calling. Prepare and distribute marketing materials, datasheets, and product catalogs.

Technical Consultation & Product Support



Provide pre-sales technical consultation to help clients choose suitable product models. Collaborate with the technical team for demos, trials, or customization requests. Train channel partners and customers on product features and usage.

Relationship Management



Maintain strong client relationships and regularly follow up for repeat business and feedback. Build and manage distribution channels or dealer networks if applicable.

Reporting & Coordination



Maintain CRM/database for tracking leads, visits, quotes, and sales pipeline. Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for order fulfillment and invoicing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in

Electronics

Electrical

Instrumentation

, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in

industrial product sales

, especially in automation components or networking hardware. Strong understanding of industrial networking, power electronics, or control systems is a plus. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic technical documentation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel locally or regionally for client visits and trade shows.
