Identify and engage with general practitioners, small clinics, and polyclinics in the assigned territory. Promote hospital services and specialties to doctors for patient referrals. Build and maintain long-term relationships with referring doctors and clinic staff. Coordinate with internal hospital departments to ensure smooth onboarding of referred patients. Educate doctors and clinics on hospital capabilities, facilities, and unique offerings. Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, doctor meetings, and outreach activities. Maintain a regular visit schedule and document all interactions and referrals in CRM tools. Monitor referral patterns and follow up on patient cases to ensure continuity and satisfaction.
