Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate new leads through various channels (cold calling, LinkedIn, emails, networking, etc.)
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients
Reach out to prospective clients and present company services/products
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on negotiations
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to meet client needs
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Maintain updated records of all leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM

Key Skills & Qualifications:



? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
? 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferred)
? Strong communication and negotiation skills
? Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
? Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
? Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines is a plus
? Good understanding of the industry/market you're working in
