Sales & Marketing (Female Candidates Only)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have minimum 1 years of experience in sales and marketing, a strong passion for achieving targets, and excellent interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities:

Immediate Lead Follow-Up:

Call leads within 1 minute of their arrival in the CRM system to ensure maximum conversion potential.

Client Engagement:

Establish a positive connection with prospects, understand their needs, and provide appropriate information about our products.

Data Management:

Update CRM records accurately after every call, including lead status and any relevant notes.

Target Achievement:

Meet daily/weekly call quotas and conversion targets as set by the management team.

Feedback Loop:

Provide insights on lead quality and recurring trends to improve the prospecting process.

Key Skills:

Strong communication and presentation skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to think creatively and strategically for marketing campaigns. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM tools. Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to change
