Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to drive student enrollment, promote our programs, and build strong relationships with prospective students and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be proactive, creative, and have excellent communication skills to effectively represent the institute.

Key Responsibilities:



Student Enrollment & Sales:

Generate leads and convert inquiries into enrollments. Conduct follow-ups with prospective students and parents. Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.

Marketing & Promotion:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote courses and workshops. Manage social media campaigns, advertisements, and online/offline promotional activities. Organize events, seminars, and workshops for brand visibility and lead generation.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with educational consultants, schools, and other partners. Attend educational fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to attract potential students.

Market Research & Reporting:

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and feedback from students to improve offerings. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, enrollments, and marketing campaigns. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and marketing initiatives.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,530.19 - ₹25,000.00 per month
