Institute of Corporate Skills is seeking a results-oriented and dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to drive enrollment in our impactful upskilling programs. As a key member of our Sales & Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract prospective students, build strong relationships, and achieve enrollment targets.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Lead Generation:
Identify and cultivate new leads through various channels, networking events, partnerships, and direct outreach.
Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to prospective students and organizations, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of our upskilling programs.
Effectively manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to enrollment.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
Marketing and Promotion:
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate student inquiries.
Contribute to the creation of compelling marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns.
Represent Institute of Corporate Skills at industry events, career fairs, and educational exhibitions to promote our programs and build relationships.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, educational institutions, and corporate partners.
Act as a knowledgeable point of contact, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service throughout the enrollment process.
Follow up effectively with leads and applicants to ensure a positive and seamless experience.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for program growth.
Analyze sales and marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Provide feedback to the management team on market insights and student needs.
Administrative and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead interactions, and enrollment data.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing initiatives, and market trends.
Adhere to all ethical guidelines and regulations related to student recruitment and enrollment.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with the admissions team, faculty, and other departments to ensure a coordinated and effective enrollment process.
Share best practices and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (typically 0-1 years) in sales, marketing, business development, or student recruitment, preferably within the education.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and techniques.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel for recruitment events and meetings as required.
A genuine interest in the field of education and upskilling.
