The Sales & Marketing Manager - Turbine Solutions is responsible for driving revenue growth, market penetration, and brand visibility for turbine products and services. This role combines strategic marketing, key account management, and solution-based selling across power generation, industrial, and renewable energy sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
Develop and execute sales strategies for turbine products, retrofits, spares, and service contracts
Identify and convert new business opportunities in power, oil & gas, industrial, and renewable sectors
Manage key accounts, EPCs, utilities, and OEM partners
Prepare technical-commercial proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
Achieve annual and quarterly revenue and margin targets
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools
Marketing
Develop go-to-market strategies for new turbine models, upgrades, and service offerings
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation
Support branding, product positioning, and value proposition development
Coordinate marketing campaigns, trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events
Work with technical teams to create brochures, presentations, and case studies
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with engineering, service, and operations teams to deliver customer solutions
Support after-sales and lifecycle service growth initiatives
Provide customer feedback to product and R&D teams
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
5-10+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing of turbines, power equipment, or heavy industrial products
Skills & Competencies
Technical sales and solution-selling mindset
Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
