Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Promote products/services through digital and offline marketing channels
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with sales efforts
Represent the company at meetings, events, and networking opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems is a plus
