Key Responsibilities
Assist in
market research and competitor analysis
Support
dealer and distributor network development
Coordinate with
sales team
to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Promote cement products through
site visits, meetings, and campaigns
Help execute
branding, promotional, and trade marketing activities
Collect
customer feedback
and share market insights with management
Maintain
records, reports, and daily activity logs
Support
local marketing events
such as mason meets, contractor meets, and exhibitions
Skills & Competencies
Good
communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of
marketing concepts
Willingness to do
fieldwork
Ability to learn about
cement products and construction materials
MS Excel / MS Word basic knowledge
Result-oriented and proactive attitude

Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred)

Ready to travel within assigned territory
