Role Overview

Cosmo Radiance, Hyderabad's premier destination for plastic surgery and aesthetics, is seeking an aggressive and results-driven Offline Marketing Executive. Your primary goal is to increase clinic footfall and brand awareness through direct engagement, corporate partnerships, and on-ground activities.

Key Responsibilities (Offline Focus)

Strategic Partnerships (B2B): Identify and tie up with premium Gyms, Beauty Salons, Spas, and Boutiques in Hyderabad. Create referral networks where their clients are directed to our center.
Corporate Tie-ups: Visit corporate offices in the vicinity (Miyapur, Hitech City, Gachibowli) to organize wellness talks, distribute privilege cards, and secure corporate discounts for employees.
Event Management: Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns such as health camps, skin analysis kiosks, and canopy activities in residential societies and malls.
Doctor & Pharmacy Networking: Build a referral network with general practitioners, dermatologists, and pharmacies in the local area.
Client Relationship Management: Engage with walk-in clients to cross-sell services and encourage word-of-mouth referrals.
Collateral Distribution: Manage the strategic distribution of brochures, flyers, and discount vouchers in high-traffic areas to generate immediate leads.
Who We Are Looking For

Experience: 1+ years in Field Sales, Business Development, or Medical Representative (MR) roles. Experience in the Pharma, Wellness, or Salon industry is a major advantage.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Willingness to travel locally within Hyderabad (Field job).
Personality: Groomed and presentable (as you represent a beauty and aesthetic brand), high energy, and "go-getter" attitude.
Vehicle: Possession of a two-wheeler is mandatory for travel.
