Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with new enquiries and understand customer requirements clearly.
Provide the best offers and quotations based on client needs.
Modify quotations as per customer specifications and expectations.
Upon receiving the Purchase Order (P.O), prepare and send GAD (General Arrangement Drawing) for client approval to initiate production.
Coordinate and plan client inspections after completion of the unit.
Make necessary adjustments based on inspection feedback.
Obtain dispatch clearance from the client after final approvals.
Ensure all test certificates, manuals, and related documents are prepared and handed over to the client.
Ensure the final product operates without defects and meets quality standards.
Requirements:
Should have strong convincing skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Basic knowledge of sales, customer coordination, or technical product communication (preferred but not mandatory).
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
