Role Overview:

The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the institute's training programs, building brand visibility, generating leads, connecting with colleges, and ensuring smooth coordination between students and the centre. The role focuses on both field and digital marketing activities to drive admissions and awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Outreach

Visit colleges, degree institutes, junior colleges, and tuition centers for tie-ups.

Conduct seminars, workshops, and presentations.

Collect student data (leads) and maintain records.

Promote Employability Tests (ET) and job fairs.

2. Marketing & Branding

Execute on-ground marketing campaigns (posters, banners, flyers).

Support digital promotions: WhatsApp broadcasting, social media posts, video testimonials.

Create awareness about ICA programs, job support, and certification.

3. Student Interaction

Explain course offerings to students and guide them on career-related queries.

Coordinate with the counselling team for walk-ins and follow-ups.

Build rapport with students to increase conversions.

4. Event Coordination

Plan and execute job fairs, ET tests, campus drives, and placement events.

Manage crowd handling and student registration during events.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily visit reports (DVR).

Track leads, enquiries, and conversions.

Submit weekly/monthly marketing performance updates.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong communication & presentation skills

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, data entry)

Confidence in public speaking

Good relationship-building ability

Comfortable with fieldwork and travel

Positive attitude & target-oriented mindset

Qualifications

12th Pass / Graduate (B.Com / BA / BBA preferred)

Freshers can apply

Experience in marketing, sales, or education sector is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
