Sales Executive - Building Material (interior and exterior)
Roles:
Front-line representative of the showroom.
Directly interact with walk-in customers and convert inquiries into sales.
Coordinate with design and execution teams.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their needs, and offer suitable solutions.
Explain product features, design options.
Understand client requirements related to space, style preferences, materials, and budget.
Maintain updated knowledge of materials.
Demonstrate product samples, mock-ups, and explain benefits clearly.
Prepare quotations, handle negotiations, and close sales.
Design and execution teams for project coordination.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Follow up with leads via calls, emails, or WhatsApp and schedule consultations or site visits.
Experience in Building material industry is an added advantage
