About the Role:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven professionals to promote and sell our
educational books, preschool materials, and school supply solutions
to schools and educational institutions. The role involves both
field marketing and telemarketing
, offering excellent growth opportunities in business development and sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit schools and educational institutions to market our
books, learning materials, and school support services
.
Generate new business leads through cold calling, online research, and referrals.
Conduct product presentations and counselling sessions for school management and educators.
Coordinate marketing activities and follow up on enquiries to ensure timely
deal closures
.
Negotiate terms, finalize agreements, and achieve assigned sales targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
Provide regular feedback and insights from the market to enhance product and marketing strategies.
Required Skill Set:

Strong telemarketing and lead generation capabilities.
Effective persuasion, negotiation, and

Desired Candidate Profile:
Education:
Graduate / BBA / MBA
Experience:
0-7 years in B2B sales, marketing, or business development (experience in school marketing preferred).
Freshers with a flair for marketing and a strong desire to build a career in sales are encouraged to apply.
Compensation:
CTC:
?3,00,000 - ?5,00,000 per annum
Fixed Pay: ?3,00,000
Variable / Performance Pay: Up to ?2,00,000
