Requirements:

Qualification:

Graduate in any stream (Science/Pharma background preferred).

Experience:

1-5 years in medical/surgical/disposables/pharma product marketing. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Skills:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills Good product presentation and relationship-building ability Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude Willingness to travel extensively within the region

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Matrix Surgical's range of disposable surgical products in the assigned region. Identify, meet, and develop relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, pharmacies, and distributors. Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets. Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features, pricing, and advantages. Coordinate with the head office for quotations, dispatches, and customer follow-ups. Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and pricing trends. Participate in trade exhibitions, CME events, and dealer meetings.
