Role Summary:

We are seeking a

Sales & Marketing Executive (Inside Sales - Retail)

to handle client inquiries, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The role involves promoting luxury decor products, assisting walk-in customers, generating leads, and coordinating with the sales and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle walk-in clients at the retail store and convert inquiries into sales. Manage inside sales calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries. Promote luxury interior and tile decor solutions to prospective customers. Achieve monthly individual sales targets and contribute to team targets. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and retail clients for product promotion. Support marketing campaigns and participate in retail promotions/events. Maintain customer database and follow up with leads for conversions. Training will be provided for product knowledge and sales process.

Candidate Profile:

Qualification:

Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Experience:

1-3 years in retail sales, inside sales, or customer service (luxury decor/interiors preferred)

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build strong customer relationships Target-oriented mindset with negotiation skills Knowledge of MS Office; CRM exposure preferred

Languages:

English, Hindi, and Telugu (must)

Salary & Benefits:

?35,000 - ?50,000/month (based on experience and skillset) Performance incentives for achieving monthly targets Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund (PF) after confirmation

Work Schedule:

Day Shift | Monday to Saturday Office/Retail showroom-based role with limited travel
