Job Summary:

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing and Sales Executive to promote our corporate gifting items and bags to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong network, and a proven track record in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage with potential clients through field visits, meetings, and events

- Promote our corporate gifting items and bags to corporates, institutions, and organizations

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity

- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and planning

- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, production) to ensure seamless delivery of products

- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to improve product offerings

Requirements:

- 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in corporate gifting or related industry

- Strong network and connections in the corporate world

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

- Strong market research and analytical skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
