We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven
Sales & Marketing Executive
to join our real estate team. You will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, conducting site visits, and closing property sales, along with executing marketing strategies to grow our brand and business.
Responsibilities
Generate new leads through networking, digital marketing, and field activities.
Contact and follow up with potential clients to understand their requirements.
Arrange and conduct property presentations and site visits.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Implement marketing campaigns (online & offline) to increase property sales.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Maintain client relationships for repeat and referral business.
Prepare sales reports and update CRM regularly.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
3-5 years of experience in
real estate sales/marketing
or similar field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sales mindset with the ability to meet targets.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools is a plus.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and property visits.
