Here are the key responsibilities and requirements: Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy market through various channels, including cold calls, networking, and referrals. - Client Consultation and Needs Assessment: Conduct site assessments to understand energy requirements and provide tailored solar solutions. - Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Present proposals and quotes to clients, explaining technical details and negotiating pricing and terms. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support. - Market Research and Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and government incentives related to solar energy. Requirements: - Experience: 0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred). - Skills: - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to understand and explain technical concepts. - Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools. - Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
