We are looking for a passionate and goal-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
:
Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or products
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Prepare and deliver presentations or product demos to prospects
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads
Provide timely feedback to management on market trends and customer needs
Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
0-1 Yrs years of experience in sales (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply for junior roles)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
