Sales Responsibilities:

Identify Sales Opportunities:

Research and target potential clients or markets. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Handle client queries and provide after-sales support.

Sales Presentations & Pitches:

Deliver product/service presentations tailored to client needs. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals.

Achieve Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals. Track sales performance and report to management.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

Monitor market trends and competitor strategies. Provide feedback on product performance and customer preferences.

Marketing Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning & Execution:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.). Coordinate with creative teams and vendors for campaign materials.

Brand Promotion:

Enhance brand visibility through various channels. Manage company's social media, website, and online presence.

Content Creation:

Assist in creating promotional content, advertisements, and newsletters. Collaborate with designers and writers for marketing materials.

Market Research:

Conduct surveys, gather customer feedback, and analyze data. Identify trends to inform marketing strategies.

Event & Trade Show Participation:

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows. Organize promotional events and product launches.

Reporting & Coordination:

Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing performance. Coordinate with cross-functional teams like product, customer service, and logistics. Maintain CRM systems and update sales/marketing data regularly.
