Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive who can manage end-to-end sales and marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be confident in promoting products/services, building strong client relationships, handling inquiries, and closing sales deals effectively. This role is ideal for individuals who have a blend of communication, marketing, and sales skills, and are eager to grow in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell the company's products/services to potential clients Identify new business opportunities through market research and outreach Engage with leads through calls, emails, and meetings to convert them into customers Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns both online and offline Follow up with prospects and maintain a structured pipeline Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions Maintain proper documentation of interactions and follow-ups in CRM tools Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets

Key Skills Required:

Strong verbal and written communication skills Good understanding of sales, marketing, and lead generation techniques Excellent negotiation and closing abilities Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools Goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and self-motivated

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration) 0-1 years of experience in sales/marketing/client interaction Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for sales are welcome
