We are looking for a dynamic
IT Sales & Marketing Executive
with experience in
ERP / Software sales
to generate leads, build pipelines, and close deals for our ERP products.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads for
ERP solutions
(CRM, HRMS, Inventory, Finance, Projects).
Identify business opportunities in
manufacturing, trading, and service industries
.
Conduct client meetings, demos, and requirement discussions.
Prepare proposals, follow up with prospects, and close sales.
Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams for solution alignment.
Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and reporting.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in
IT / ERP / Software sales
.
Strong understanding of
ERP, CRM, SaaS-based products
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in B2B sales, cold calling, and lead generation.
Self-driven with strong closing abilities.
Preferred
Experience selling ERP to
manufacturing or enterprise clients
.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales funnels.
