We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales & Marketing Fresher to support our sales growth and dealer network. The candidate will handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and basic marketing activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer and dealer enquiries
Explain product details
Follow up on price quotations and orders
Support dealer onboarding and relationship management
Coordinate with production & dispatch team for order execution
Maintain sales records and enquiry tracking
Assist in marketing activities (field visits, promotions, exhibitions, digital leads)
Collect market feedback and competitor information
Requirements:
Any graduate / diploma (Marketing, Business, Engineering preferred)
Fresher or up to 1 year experience
Good communication skills in Tamil & basic English
Willingness to do field sales and travel
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / WhatsApp / mobile apps
Interest in agriculture / irrigation products is a plus
