Key Responsibilities
Visit shops and local businesses to promote company products and services.
Make outbound calls and follow up with customers to generate and convert leads.
Maintain customer records, feedback, and sales data accurately.
Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.
Provide excellent customer support and resolve basic inquiries.
Meet daily and monthly targets for outreach, leads, and conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
12th pass or any bachelor's degree.
Strong communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi (preferred).
Confident in customer interactions, both on-call and in-person.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, or lead tracking tools).
Good negotiation, listening, and time management skills.
Willingness to travel locally and handle field marketing tasks.
