Job Description

Job Summary:



We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support our business growth in the restroom cubicle and washroom partition segment. The ideal candidate will focus on converting qualified leads provided by the company, executing brand-building activities, and supporting the sales and project teams in closing deals.



Key Responsibilities:



Engage and follow up on qualified leads provided by the company to convert them into sales opportunities.



Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.



Assist in the development of marketing collaterals--brochures, presentations, and product samples.



Coordinate client meetings, product presentations, and site visits as needed.



Support social media, digital marketing, and brand campaigns to enhance visibility.



Represent the company at industry exhibitions, architect meets, and networking events.



Collect client feedback and provide market intelligence to the product and sales teams.



Track and report lead conversion metrics and marketing performance to senior management.



Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Architecture, or related fields.



2-4 years of marketing experience in building materials, construction products, or related industries.



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



Confident in client interactions and product presentations.



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
