Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and execute marketing strategies to promote residential projects
Handle all inbound enquiries through phone, email, social media, and walk-ins
Generate new leads through telecalling, networking, marketing campaigns, and field activities
Schedule and coordinate client site visits, providing accurate project information
Maintain enquiry logs, follow-up schedules, and lead conversion trackers
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
Support branding, promotional events, and digital marketing activities
Build strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and referrals
Coordinate with sales, documentation, and CRM teams for smooth property closures
Prepare basic reports, MIS updates, and performance analyses for the management team
Required Skills

Experience & Qualifications
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in marketing or sales
At least
3 years of experience in real estate / flats promotion
preferred
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Proven track record of achieving sales/marketing KPIs
