We are expanding our reach across Indian universities, colleges, and research institutes--and we're looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Executive who can take NeuroState to the next level.
Role Overview
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, conducting product demos, building relationships with professors/researchers, closing institutional deals, and executing marketing activities to increase adoption of the NeuroState EEG hat.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
Identify and generate leads in universities, engineering colleges, medical colleges, and research institutes.
Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients.
Schedule and conduct online/offline product demos for professors, lab heads, and procurement teams.
Travel to campuses for in-person demonstrations, workshops, and exhibitions.
Manage the complete sales pipeline--from lead qualification to deal closure.
Client Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with professors, HODs, lab heads, and innovation cell coordinators.
Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate NeuroState configurations.
Coordinate pricing, quotations, and institutional proposals.
Manage post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Marketing & Branding
Plan and execute campus marketing activities, workshops, and seminars.
Represent Qneuro at exhibitions, conferences, and academic tech summits.
Work with the internal team to create marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, videos).
Maintain company presence on social media and academic networks. Should be aware of digital marketing.
Coordination & Reporting
Maintain weekly and monthly sales reports.
Track all leads and interactions in CRM tools.
Collaborate with product and technical teams to relay customer feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Science, Engineering, Biomedical, or Marketing
(preferred but not mandatory).
1-5 years of experience in
B2B sales
, preferably in:
EdTech
Lab equipment
Research instrumentation
Medical/biomedical devices
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical products in simple terms.
Comfortable with frequent travel.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly motivated.
Preferred Attributes
Knowledge of EEG, neuroscience, biomedical engineering, or psychology labs (added advantage).
Ability to conduct workshops/demos with confidence.
