Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION (ROLES) :

Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets by managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams (Including India & US).

Good Knowledge in MIL Grade Connectors (38999 Series, 26482 Series, 5015 etc.,)

Key duties include building customer relationships, managing forecasts, negotiating prices, conducting market analysis, and acting as a technical liaison for products.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, often with a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field and significant experience in the electrical or Mechanical industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Sales growth and strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets for orders and shipments.

New business development: Identify and target new customers in APAC Region, find new projects, and manage the "design-in" process to secure new opportunities.

Key account management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, including OEMs, panel builders, and other industrial clients.

Forecasting and reporting: Manage sales forecasts and generate regular sales reports for senior management, tracking bookings, product lines, and other metrics.

Market analysis: Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and gather customer needs to refine product offerings and sales strategies.

Technical and application support: Act as a technical expert on the company's products, supporting customer engineering teams and providing pre-sales and application support.

Negotiation: Generate quotations and negotiate pricing and delivery schedules with customers.

Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, Both in India & US entity, including product management, engineering, marketing, and production, to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Customer support: Handle customer inquiries, support claims, manage return merchandise authorizations (RMAs), and oversee product change notifications (PCNs).

Representation: Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings for APAC Region.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
