Job Description

We are looking for an energetic Marketing & Sales Executive for V Talk Academy who can manage both Digital Marketing and Local Field Marketing . The ideal candidate must have a passion for the education sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate leads from schools, colleges, communities, and social media platforms.

Incentives will be provided after 6 months, based on performance.

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Key Responsibilities:



1. Strategic Planning & Lead Development



Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase student admissions.

Identify local areas, schools, colleges, and communities for potential leads.

Develop marketing plans for online and offline promotions.

2. Sales Enablement & Local Outreach



Conduct field visits, seminars, college connects, and area campaigns.

Generate leads through:

Residential outreach

School & college visits

Workshops, events, and street promotions

Local tie-ups with tuition centers, institutions, shops, and community groups

Support promotional campaigns and follow up on leads for admissions.

3. Digital Marketing & Online Promotion



Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube).

Create and post reels, videos, banners, posters, and student testimonials.

Handle digital inquiry follow-ups, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing.

Run basic paid ads (with guidance) to generate quality leads.

4. Customer Engagement & Conversions



Communicate course details clearly to students and parents.

Conduct demo sessions, orientation events, and academy presentations.

Convert walk-ins, online inquiries, and referrals into admissions.

Maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking



Maintain daily visit reports, lead data, and follow-up records.

Track conversions, campaign effectiveness, and targets achieved.

Share weekly performance reports with management.

6. Coordination & Support



Work with the academic team for admissions and class scheduling.

Coordinate with design teams for marketing creatives.

Support community engagement and brand-building activities.
