Meeting Sales Targets:
Working to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
Account Management:
Maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or repeat business.
Sales Reporting:
Tracking sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
Market Research:
Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities.
Campaign Management:
Planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, events).
Content Creation:
Developing blog posts, social media updates, brochures, and email newsletters to engage the target audience.
Brand Management:
Ensuring all marketing materials are consistent with the company's brand identity.
Lead Nurturing:
Developing automated email sequences and content to guide potential customers through the buying journey.
Data Analysis:
Using tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign performance (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, cost per lead) and optimize strategies.
Strategy & Planning:
Developing integrated sales and marketing strategies to achieve company growth targets.
Top of Funnel (Marketing):
Conducting market research to find target audiences and creating marketing campaigns (e.g., social media ads, email blasts) to generate leads.
Middle of Funnel (Marketing/Sales):
Qualifying the leads that come in from these campaigns to determine if they are a good fit.
Bottom of Funnel (Sales):
Personally contacting qualified leads, pitching the product, negotiating terms, and closing the deal.
Content & Sales Alignment:
Creating sales materials (like presentations and proposals) that are perfectly aligned with the marketing message.
Client Relationship Management:
Managing the entire client relationship, from the first marketing touchpoint to post-sale support.
Reporting & Optimization:
Tracking and reporting on both marketing KPIs (leads generated, campaign ROI) and sales KPIs (deals closed, revenue) to understand what's working and what isn't.
