Job Summary The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the company's chit fund products, generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving branch-level sales targets. The role involves both field and office-based activities. Key Responsibilities Promote and market Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Chit Fund schemes to potential customers. Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and local marketing campaigns. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention and repeat business. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management. Conduct customer meetings, explain chit schemes, and assist in documentation and registration. Participate in marketing events, trade fairs, and promotional activities. Collect market feedback, analyze competitor activities, and suggest marketing strategies. Coordinate with the branch team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress. Qualifications & Skills Education: Any Degree (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or Commerce). Experience: 0-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or financial services (chit funds/NBFCs preferred). Skills Required: Good communication and interpersonal skills (Tamil fluency is essential). Basic understanding of financial products and customer handling. Field marketing and customer acquisition skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player.
