Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Madurai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

? Promote and market Fly Ash Bricks, Paver Blocks, and related products to builders, contractors, and dealers.

? Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.

? Generate new leads and achieve monthly sales and business targets.

? Conduct regular field visits to collect customer feedback and identify new business opportunities.

? Play a key role in expanding the company's presence in the private construction sector.

Requirements:

? Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

? Ability to handle field-based marketing and build client trust.

? Energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented attitude.

? Good understanding of the construction and building materials market preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

? Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

? Prior experience in construction material or building product marketing is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
