Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement:

Engage customers and convert walk-ins and online leads into successful sales.

Understand customer needs and recommend products that match their style.

Deliver exceptional in-store service and build long-term relationships.

Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Lead Generation & Digital Marketing:

Generate new leads through

Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and online campaigns.

Run promotions, ads, and influencer collaborations to boost sales.

Convert online inquiries into store visits or online purchases.

Track performance and suggest improvements for better results.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in

sales, lead generation, or fashion retail.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of

social media marketing

(Instagram, Facebook Ads, etc.).

Energetic, fashion-forward, and customer-focused.

Education:

Any graduate (Marketing, Business, or Fashion-related background preferred).
