Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and approach potential customers for gold loan services. Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and promotional activities in the local area. Develop relationships with existing and new customers to drive repeat business. Coordinate with the branch team to ensure smooth processing of leads. Distribute pamphlets, organize local marketing events, and create brand awareness. Achieve monthly business targets set by the management. Collect market feedback and report competitor activities. Maintain proper records of customer interactions and daily reports.

Skills Required:



Good communication and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of financial products (especially gold loans). Ability to work independently and meet targets. Strong field marketing and customer relationship skills. Local language proficiency (Tamil). Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.

Qualifications:



Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream. Experience: 6 months to 2 years in sales, marketing, or financial services (Gold Loan experience preferred).
