. We are looking for a performance-driven Marketing & Sales Executive who can help us expand our client base and achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified
leads
through various channels (online/offline, cold calling, networking, etc.).
Convert leads into
paying clients
through effective presentations and follow-ups.
Achieve and exceed a
monthly sales target of ?2,00,000
.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
Collaborate with the technical team to design and propose suitable IT solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts to close deals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
Requirements
2-5 years of proven experience
in
sales/marketing within the IT industry
(web development & software services).
Strong track record of
lead generation and client conversion
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work with monthly targets and deliver consistent results.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
