Job Description

Overall purpose: To increase sales and market share of

Bearings | V-Belts | Oil Seals | Industrial Epoxy & Speciality Coatings | Wedge Screens | Power Tools | Lubricants, etc. products through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to close deals. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Track sales performance and report on key metrics. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.

Marketing:

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote bearings products and services. Manage the company's online presence, including website and social media. Create marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and online content. Analyze marketing campaign performance and make adjustments as needed.

General:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends. Liaise with other departments, such as product development and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide regular feedback to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
