Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, approach, and onboard sports and lifestyle shops across Chennai.

Present the app's features, benefits, and value proposition to shop owners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and managers.

Place banners in shops after successful onboarding to promote the app.

Collaborate with the team on on-field visits; the founder/manager will also participate.

Track shop onboarding and bookings to meet targets.

Attend weekly office meetings for planning, reporting, and updates.

Collect partner feedback and share insights for app improvements.

Requirements:



Strictly for marketing professionals; others need not apply.

Prior experience in marketing, sales, or partner onboarding is preferred.

Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of the sports and lifestyle industry is a plus.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field visits across Chennai.
