Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Generate leads through field visits, referrals, online platforms, and real estate events. Meet and convert walk-in clients and site visitors into confirmed buyers. Provide detailed information on available flats, villas, amenities, pricing, and payment options. Coordinate and conduct site visits for prospective customers. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve individual and team targets. Maintain proper documentation and follow-up on bookings, agreements, and customer queries. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.

Requirements:



1-4 years of experience in residential real estate sales (flats/villas preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven. Ability to work on weekends and holidays as required. Proficiency in local language and basic English is preferred. Knowledge of the local property market is an added advantage.
