Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, lead generation, brand awareness, and strategic marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target new sales opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms Coordinate with the creative and content teams for promotional materials Manage social media, email marketing, and website content updates Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to the management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (1-3 years preferred) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms Ability to work independently and as part of a team Goal-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus
